Borders: Allows you select borders types, sizes, colors and to make specific border sides hidden.



Margins: Allows you to select and adjust top, bottom, left and right margins of the weblet.



Advanced: This section is reserved for advanced users who are well versed in CSS page set up wanting to define custom CSS items to particular page.



Set Special Effect: Allows you to select border of weblet size, round or squared corners, fill color, stroke color and offset a certain side of the weblet.



Pick Another Weblet: Allows you choose another Weblet from the list of available Weblets.



HTML Content Weblet: This weblet allows you to add text to your website. This text can be formatted and manipulated very much like you format text in Microsoft Word. You can also add in images, hyperlinks, and tables.



Image Weblet: This weblet allows you to add an image only. It is useful if you have deleted out flash banner and want to upload your own image in its place, or would like to place an image in a certain portion of your webpage.


  • Image – Click on the “Select Image” button to find the image you want on your Web-Drive system. Click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • Width and Height – Allows you to determine if you want to stretch or compress an image to make it fit into the page. **Warning** stretching or compressing an image may result in loss of quality.
  • Optional Link – Allows you to enable this image to be clickable and linked either to another page on your website (click on “Select Link”) or to an outside website address.


Flash Weblet: Many users have their own flash presentations created and would like to add them to their website instead of the preformatted flash that comes with the site or they would like to add a flash presentation to a certain page to highlight an item, promotion, marketing plan, etc. Use this weblet to create the space needed to upload the flash presentation and display it on your website.


  • Flash File – Click on the “Select Flash” button to find the Flash file you want on your Web-Drive system. Click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • Width & Height – Allows you to determine if you want to stretch or compress the flash file to make it fit into the page. **Warning** Stretching or compressing flash may result in loss of quality.
  • Background – Allows you to choose a background color surrounding this flash presentation. Note: Only applicable if your Flash presentation does not encompass the entire designated flash area.
  • Transparent – Allows you to make background images visible. Note: Only applicable if your Flash presentation does not encompass the entire designated flash area.
  • Minimum Flash Version – Must always be version 8 (place number ‘8’ in this area). **Warning** If you use a version of flash lower than 8, it will not work on your website.
  • Use Express Update – Must always be checked in the box provided.



Inline Frame (IFrame) Weblet: You can use this weblet to embed content and pages from other websites within your webpage.

  • IFrame Source – Enter the full website address (URL) such as http://www.myrealpage.com in this field.
  • Width & Height – Allows you to select the amount of space used in the Weblet to be designated to be taken up by the framed in website. For example: 100% in the width and height indicates the framed website will take up the entire space of the allowable space in that Weblet.



Website Links Weblet: This weblet allows you to add, delete, reorder and change links on a webpage.

  • Link Bullet – Allows your to select what kind of link bullet you wish displayed for your links or if you have had your own bullet created, you can “Select” it from your Web-Drive.
  • Enabled – Must be checked to activate this link.
  • Link Title – Allows you to designate t edit existing links in the weblet.
  • New Link – Allows you to a name. For example: ‘This is My myRealpage Website’
  • Description – Allows you enter and edit a small description of the link. This will be place below the link.
  • Link URL – Allows you to enter the link address of the webshis link and give itUpload A File To My Web-Drive” to learn how to upload images to your image folder in the Web-Drive system)
  • Links box – is where you enter your link information. Add a URL or select one of your own website pages to be designated as the link. Note: the link must have the full website address or URL, such as, http://www.myrealpage.com
  • Apply – Click ‘Apply’ to secure this link to your page. You will see it appear to the column to the right of the box you were entering in the link information.



Owner’s Photo Weblet: This weblet will display your image only as it is in the Contact information and in the Site Settings image box. This image cannot be changed unless it is also changed in the Site Settings.

  • Edit Photo Here – Allows you to change your image, by bringing up the Site Settings tool where you can change it. (see “How do I change my Agent Photo?” if you are unfamiliar with loading in your agent image)



Owner’s Logo Weblet: This weblet will display the your company logo only as it is in the Site Settings image box. This image cannot be changed unless it is also changed in the Site Settings.

  • Edit Logo Here – Allows you to change your company logo, by bringing up the Site Settings tool where you can change it. (see “How do I change my Company Logo image?” if you are unfamiliar with loading in your company logo)



Menu Weblet: This weblet will allow you to add a HTML menu to your site. This menu will reflect all the buttons in your of your choice. You can format the menu and display only certain buttons if you wish, or all your buttons for the website. You can also control the orientation of the menu here. 

  • Edit Menu Here – Allows access to the Site Settings Menu/Navigation section to adjust or edit the menu of your site (edit your buttons).
  • Menu Orientation – Allows you to chose vertical or horizontal menu to accommodate what would best fit on your site.
  • Show Maximum Items – Enables you to select the maximum amount of items to be shown on the menu throughout your site.
  • Align – Allows you to chose to either fit the menu automatically, left align, right align or centered.
  • No Automatic ‘More..’ Button – Allows you to show or not show the ‘More..’ button in the case that your menu items (buttons) do not all fit on one page.
  • Display Current Page Menu Only – Allows you to chose to only display the current page menu of that page or not.
  • Menu Items Range – Allows you to chose at which item to begin showing on the menu items (buttons) and where to end it at. A menu items display preview will show you which items will be shown below in the small box entitled ‘Menu Items which will show:’.



Jump Links Weblet: This weblet allows you to create a horizontal list of all your top menu items. It is often positioned at the bottom of the pages and allows for quick access to all the top level pages. This is excellent for Search Engines to use when they’re crawling your website! It’s a good idea to put them in at the bottom of your Master Template so its easy for the crawlers to get around your site more efficiently!!



Site Map Weblet: This weblet allows you to add a ‘Site Map’ to your web pages which organizes and lists all your Menu/Navigation items (buttons) in their order as set in the Site Settings for easy access to all the pages of your website.

  • Display Columns – Allows you select the number of columns your Site Map will be presented in.



Contact Info Weblet: This weblet allows you to add a panel detailing your contact information as it appears in the Site Settings.

  • Format – Allows you to choose between box or line format of display for your contact info.
  • Head Text – Allows you to type in your own heading to your contact info weblet.
  • Use Title from the Site Settings – Allows you to keep the title uniform through out the site.
  • Display Owner Photo – Allows you to choose if you want your image to be shown or not and also to change the image for the site. (see “How do I change my Agent Photo?” if you are unfamiliar with loading in your agent image)
  • Display Logo – Allows you to choose if you want the company logo to be shown or not and also to change the image for the site. (see “How do I change my Company Logo?” if you are unfamiliar with loading in your agent image)
  • Hide Title – Allows you to hide the title by placing a check in the box provided.
  • Hide Email – Allows you to hide your email address by placing a check in the box provided.
  • Hide Contact Numbers – Allows you to hide your contact numbers by placing a check in the box provided.
  • Hide Address – Allows you to hide your address by placing a check in the box provided.
  • Stretch to Fit – Will make this weblet stretch to fit into the weblet area selected.
  • Width – Allows you to enter the width amount in pixel size for this weblet
  • Display boxes belowallows you to select the way in which you wish to have your contact info displayed on the site.



News Weblet: This weblet allows you to add up-to-date news feeds to your webpage(s) from new providers. You can also add in new from other sources. Be sure to check that news website for the ‘RSS’ link which provides the news feed.

NOTE: The news feed you add to your webpage(s) is kept up to date solely by the news provider, not myRealPage.com. If your news appears out of date or has errors in it, please contact the news website.

  • Well-known News Feeds – Allows you to pick from the news feeds in the pulldown menu that are available.
  • News Provider URL – allows you to enter your own website address (URL) of another news feed that is not listed among the selections available and to ‘Test’ that link to ensure it will work.
  • Format – Allows you to select either ‘expanded descriptions’ of the main articles presented or to limit it to just ‘titles only’ or ‘compact’ descriptions.
  • Display Maximum Items – Allows you to select the number of stories to be presented in this weblet.
  • Optimize News for – Allows you to select between ‘speed’, get the newest information either quickly or more accurately (slower news updating).
  • Default Encoding – Experiment with the values if you find your news feed produces undesirable symbols in the text.



Contact Form Weblet: This weblet allows you to add an email form that users can fill out to contact you. You can also configure this form as well if you need.

  • Display Contact Info – Allows you to select where on the form you wish your contact info to display (top, bottom, left or right).
  • Contact Numbers Heading – Allows you to edit your contact number heading to personalize your form further.
  • Hide Contact Numbers – Allows you to hide your contact numbers by placing a check mark in the box provided.
  • Address Heading – Allows you to edit your address heading to personalize your form further.
  • Hide Address – Allows you to hide your address information by placing a check mark in the box provided.
  • Heading – Will indicate the title for your contact form.
  • Stack Form Labels – Allows you to adjust the labels incase you have limited or narrow space for this form weblet.
  • Make form Small – Allows you compact the size of the form so as not to take up as much space in the weblet area.
  • Form Width – Allows you to determine your own form width in pixel size.
  • Stretch Width to Fit – Allows you to choose if you wish this form to stretch to fit an entire weblet area.
  • Field Name – Allows you to edit the field name and choose what you wish the field to have said.
  • Field Type – Allows you to choose if this field is to be a ‘text’, ‘list (drop down)’, ‘radio buttons’, ‘check boxes’, ‘long text’ fields.
  • Field Options – Allows you to specify options for the chosen field type, adjusting field size and setting default values when needed. As well as ability to check if a valid email is needed or not for that field (available only when Text Field is selected).
  • Required – Place a check mark if this field is to be a required field in order for the form to be completed.
  • +, X, arrow up, arrow down – ‘+’ denotes if another field is to added. ‘X’ denotes field can be deleted. ‘arrow up’ denotes moving this field up to a higher position. ‘arrow down’ denotes moving this field to a lower position.



Custom Form Weblet: This weblet allows you to set up and add a completely customized form to your website which emails you the contents when it is filled out properly by a user.

  • Form Name – Will identify the contents of this form when being emailed.
  • Heading – Title to appear on the customer form.
  • Stack Form Labels – Use only if you are adding in a form with limited space (narrow) and require the label names to be on two lines instead of one.
  • Make Form small – Use only if you are adding this weblet to a section on your page with limited space.
  • Form Width – Allows you to select a customized width if needed to better accommodate your webpage.

Website User Login: This weblet allows you to add a login form to your webpage(s) for users to access sign up only areas of your website.

Website User Signup: This weblet allows you to add a sign up form for users to set up an account through your website to access sign in only items through your website.

  • Verify Signups Manually – Enables you to manually verify new users who sign up manually.
  • New Members will expire after – Enables you to manually set the period for which user’s accounts will expire (in days).
  • Text for the Welcome Email – Allows you to input in your own welcome email for new signups that will be delivered to them automatically once they have completed the signup process.

  • Heading – Chose a title for this properties page weblet item.
  • Text – This is a small text editor to input your own material or small introduction to this weblet that users can read on your site.
  • Image – Allows you to chose if you would like to load up an image to display in this weblet (for example, sometimes users upload a small picture of a property or their own agent photo). This is optional and can be left blank.

Featured Listings Weblet: This weblet provides an ability to display select listings on your wepage(s). It can rotate through certain listings and can be configured to feature a certain listing as well.

  • Display Columns – Chose the format with which you would like these items displayed.
  • Orientation – Chose between a vertical or horizontal display of these items.
  • Align to Grid – Make these items fit to a page grid borders if need be.
  • Style – Chose the style which you prefer this weblet displayed as on your page.
  • Heading – Input in your own heading if you wish to display on this weblet.



Quick Search Form Weblet: This weblet provides an ability to display a short form to search for listings without having to provide detailed criteria. It can be configured to default to certain areas as well.

  • Heading – Allows you to edit the heading to be displayed for this weblet title.
  • Stack Form Labels – Optional if you need this form narrowed and space is limited.
  • Make Form Small – Adjusts the form size in case space is limited.
  • Form Width – change the width of the form in terms of pixel sizes.

Image Banner: This weblet allows you to add an animated image-based banner that requires no Flash to run. The weblet comes with a choice of various transition effects and other fine-tuning settings. You can upload up to 6 of your own images.

  • Animation - Allows you to determine how you want the images to alternate. Rotate, Slide, or Random.
  • Transition Speed- The speed at which the images alternate. Optimal, Slow or Fast


Folding Sections: This weblet allows you to add a section of HTML content which can be "folded" or "collapsed" on a page. By adding multiple weblets of this kind to a page, it is possible to break up a lot of content into sections that can be opened and closed.

  • Section Heading- Title of the Folding Section.
  • Heading Style- Font Style of Heading.
  • Short Introduction- An introduction to the folding content that will appear even when collapsed. You can determine whether you would like the section to be initially collapsed or open.



Embedded Video: This weblet allows you to add Embedded Video snippets, include YouTube videos

  • Example: Go to YouTube.com - locate the video on their site and you can copy the embed code to use in this weblet.
  • Embed Code- Paste in the embed code for your video here.



Media Wall/Gallery: This weblet allows you to add a Media Wall/Gallery browser, composed out of your YouTube videos. Allows you to edit the number of rows in the gallery and choose from display styles. Also an option to Preview the wall as you update it.

  • From YouTube Videos- Enter your YouTube Username and Optional YouTube Tag.
  • From Flickr Photos- Enter Flickr Photostream URL and optional Search Term of Flickr Tag
  • From Picasa Photos - Enter your Picasa Public Album URL
  • My Listings- Display your MyListings feed. Office Listings: Display your Office Listings feed


Maps: This weblet allows you to embed maps into your pages: Google Map, Google StreetView, WalkScore, and Microsoft Bing's Bird's Eye View. This weblet will not display listings in the map address. It’s purpose is to be used to show a specific area/ neighbourhood.

  • Find Address/Location- enter the location you wish to display on the map. Or you can enter the Longitude and Latitude.
  • Zoom- allows you to choose the level of magnification
  • Marker Description- Here you can paste in a code to change the marker style. Or choose not to display one at all.
  • Map Type- Allows you to choose the type of map display. Roadmap, Satellite, Terrain or Hybrid


Snippets: This weblet allows to add a list of short "snippets" which include a Title, Description, an optional photo, and an optional link. For example, a collection of quotes or thoughts can be formatted this way.

  • Snippets Layout- Choose Display columns, Orientation and Style of Layout. Allows you to add a Title, Text, Image and Link URL.



Blog: This weblet allows you to embed your own private Blog on to your website. In order to do this you must have a Blog Subscription.

  • Blog- Choose which of your Blogs you wish to display, or latest postings.
  • Max Items- Choose how many blog entries you want to display.
  • Abbreviate- The amount of characters you want to display per post.
  • Allow Syndication- Makes the blog feed available to other sites.
  • FeedBurner URL/Flare- Add your Feedburner URL to track feeds
  • Comment Options- Choose between Standard or DISQUS comments (if you have an account)
  • Custom List Entry Header- Add a header to your list of blogs.
  • Custom List Entry Footer- Add a footer to your list of blogs.
  • Custom Post Entry Header- Add a header to blog posts.
  • Custom Post Entry Footer- Add a footer to blog posts.



Blog Navigation: This weblet allows you to display your Blog Navigation menu, such as links to your archived entries, categories and other blogs. In order to do this you must have a Blog Subscription.

Mortgage Calculator: This weblet allows you to add a mortgage calculator form on any page. You can choose the default mortgage amount, down payment amount, interest rate, and payment intervals.



Local Places Map: This weblet provides an ability to create a Google map displaying amenities around a particular point on a map. Lets you choose map type and default settings.

  • Categories- Schools, Recreational, Daycares, Entertainment, Medical, Amenities, Worship and Shopping.
  • Options to add Custom Javascript, CSS and Map Icon Directory URLS.


Theme Banner: This weblet allows you to add Theme Banner. **NOTE**: this weblet is intended to be created by administrators as it requires a prepackaged banner archive.

This weblet gives you the opportunity to embed items to your page such as 3rd party widgets, web analytics code.
