1 - Log in to Private Office:
- A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
- B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
- C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
- D. Click Login.
2 - From The Dashboard:
- A. Click the Listings tab.
- B. Click Contact Info.
3 - From The Contact Information for Listings Page:
- A. Click the Contact Information tab.
- B. Add the Main Contact's name.
- C. Add your office name.
- D. Add your phone number.
- E. Indicate if your number accepts SMS/text messages.
- F. Add your email address.
- G. Choose whether to show your full email address, or use a masked link.
- H. Upload an agent photo.
- I. (Optional) Add yours or a colleague's contact information as secondary contact points. If you don't have any secondary contact information, you can leave these fields blank, or click Clear Second Contact Info.
- J. After any changes, click Save.
