1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From the dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Website tab.
  • B. Click on the Blog Center icon.

• If this is your first time creating a blog •


3a - On the Blog Posts Screen

  • A. On the Posts tab, click on the +New Blog Post button.



4a - Creating your first blog

  • A. If you have not previously created a blog on your myRealPage website, you will be taken to this screen. First, give your new blog a name/title. 
  • B. You can also add a short description of your blog (e.g. "The latest real estate news in Toronto!")
  • C. Enter an Author Name. This will be the name that will be attached to each blog post so people will know who wrote it. This can be a particularly useful feature for multi-agent sites, or if you have other writers contributing to your blog.
  • D. Enter an Author Email address. Notifications for activities on blog posts (such as comments) will be sent to this email address.
  • E. Select an Author Photo from your Web Drive. This photo will be displayed along with every new blog post. If your image hasn't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • F. Select if you would like to allow comments on your blog posts.
  • G. Select if you would like to require people commenting on your blog to complete CAPTCHA first before being able to post their comments.
  • H. Click on the Save and start blogging button.



5a - Adding a new blog post:

  • After creating your blog, you will be taken to the blog post editor where you can start creating your first blog post immediately.




• If you are adding a second or third blog •

This section is for those who want to create another blog on top of one they already have. 


3b - On the Blog Settings Screen


  • A. Click on the Blog Settings tab.
  • B. Click on the +Create New Blog button.



4b - Creating your second blog

  • A. First, give your new blog a name/title. 
  • B. You can also add a short description of your blog (e.g. "The best real estate news in Toronto!")
  • C. Enter an Author Name. 
  • D. Enter an Author Email address. 
  • E. Select an Author Photo from your Web Drive. If your image hasn't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • F. Select if you would like to allow comments on your blog posts.
  • G. Select if you would like to require people commenting on your blog to complete CAPTCHA first before being able to post their comments.
  • H. Click on the Save button.



5b - Posting in your other blogs

  • A. The next time you write a blog post, you can choose which one of your blogs to publish it on, by selecting it from the drop down menu.
