1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From The Dashboard:

  • A. Click the Listings tab.
  • B. Click Contact Info.



3 - From The Contact Information for Listings Page:

  • A. Click the Contact Information tab.
  • B. Add the Main Contact's name.
  • C. Add your office name.
  • D. Add your phone number.
  • E. Indicate if your number accepts SMS/text messages.
  • F. Add your email address.
  • G. Choose whether to show your full email address, or use a masked link.
  • H. Upload an agent photo.
  • I. (Optional) Add yours or a colleague's contact information as secondary contact points. If you don't have any secondary contact information, you can leave these fields blank, or click Clear Second Contact Info.
  • J. After any changes, click Save.
