1.1 - Download an Approved Web Browser on your Mac

1 - In your current web browser:

  1. Navigate your web browser to https://www.google.com/chrome
  2. Click "Download Chrome"

2 - In the pop up:

  1. Click "Accept & Install"

3 - In the new dialog:

  1. Open/Unzip file or Save
  2. Click "OK"


4 - Once Saved/Unzipped:

  1. Drag the chrome icon to the Applications folder


1.2 - Download an Approved Web Browser Using IE on Windows 

1 - In your current web browser:

  1. Navigate your web browser to https://www.google.com/chrome
  2. Click "Download Chrome"

2 - In the pop up:

  1. Choose if you want Chrome to be your default browser
  2. Click "Accept & Install"

3 - In the new dialog:

  1. Once the file has unzipped, Chrome will automatically open



2 -  Log in to the Private Office

1 - Once you have downloaded the proper web browser:

  1. Chrome
  2. Firefox
  3. Safari

2 - Navigate to http://private-office.myrealpage.com
or click the Access Private Office link at the bottom of your myRealPage website:

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login


3 - How Do I Add A New Page

1 - Log in to the Private Office:

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login

2 - From the dashboard:

  1. Click the “Website” tab
  2. Click "+ New Page"

3 - Page Information:

  1. Add a Page name which will also be used as the URL
  2. Click Save

4 - Once the page is saved your options are:

  1. Add writing
  2. Add Listings
  3. Add Custom Code


4 - How Do I Edit A Listing

1 - Log in to the Private Office::

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login

2 - From the dashboard:

  1. Click the "Listings" tab
  2. Click "All Listings"

3 - Find the listings you wish to edit:

  1. Click "Edit Listing"

4 - Inside the listing:

  1. Navigate the tabs for different sections of the listing
  2. Edit other details
  3. Click "Save Listing"


5 - How Do I Edit Contacts/Check Leads:

1 - Log in to the Private Office:

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login

2 - From the dashboard:

  1. Click the "Contact + Mail" tab
  2. Click "Manage your Contacts + Mail"

3 - Find the contact you wish to edit:

  1. Change Tabs to view other options
  2. Search and sort if preferred
  3. Click a contact to edit

4 - Inside the Contact:

  1. Change Tabs to view other information about contact
  2. Edit information
  3. Click "Save Contact"
  4. Click "Back to All Contacts"
