1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From the dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Statistics tab.
  • B. Click on the Google Analytics icon.



3 - From the Analytics section:

  • A. Log in by clicking on the Access Google Analytics button.



4 - In the pop up login screen:

  • A. Either select your account details from a dropdown that appears, or manually enter your Google Analytics log in details.
  • B. Click on the Next button.



5 - Logging in:

  • A. Enter your password in the space provided
  • B. Click on the Next button.



6 - Allowing Permissions:

  • A. In the next window, you will be alerted that your myRealPage account would like to access your Google Analytics data. Click on the Allow button.



7 - Managing Tracking Codes:

  • A. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be brought back to the Google Analytics screen in Private Office. Click on the Manage Tracking Codes button.



8 - In the account linking pop up screen:

  • A. Click on the +New Tracking Code button. This will open your Google Analytics account in a new window.



9 - Back on the Google Analytics Window:

  • A. You will be taken to your Google Analytics Dashboard. On the lower left corner of the screen, click on the Admin link. 
  • Please note that if this is your first time setting up Google Analytics, you will instead see a screen with the words "Welcome to Google Analytics." It will have a button labeled Set Up For Free. Click on this button, and please proceed to Step 11 below.)



10 - On the Google Analytics Admin page:

  • A. On the first column, click on the + Create Account button


11 - On the Account Setup Page:

  • A. On the space provided, enter an account name (usually your business or company name).
  • B. Click on the Next button.


12 - On the Property Setup Page:

  • A. In the space provided for Property Name, enter your website URL.
  • B. Select your correct time zone and currency.
  • C. Click on the Show advanced options button.
  • D. In the Create a Universal Analytics Property section, make sure that the toggle is switched to the ON position.
  • E. In the space provided for Website URL, enter your real estate website's URL again.
  • F. If you are using myRealPage with a Wordpress website, select the first option ("Create both a Google Analytics 4 and a Universal Analytics property"). If you are using a standard myRealPage-hosted website and/or if you are using myRealPage with a non-Wordpress site such as Wix, select the second option ("Create a Universal Analytics property only")
  • G. Click on the Next button.



12 - On the About Your Business Page:

  • A. Provide additional information about your business as needed.
  • B. Click on the Create button.



13 - Terms and Conditions

  • A. Select the correct country.
  • B. Tick the box.
  • C. Click on the I Accept button.



14 - Your New Google Analytics Tracking Code

  • A. You will then be taken to a page that displays your new Tracking Code,
  • B. As well as code you can add to your website's/webpage's <HEAD> section.
