1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From The Dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Listings tab.
  • B. Click on the Listing Settings icon.



3 - Find the listings you wish to edit:

  • A. Once you've located the listing you want to generate a custom URL for, click on the Edit Listing link below it.



4 - Editing The Listing:

  • A. Click on the Settings, SEO, etc tab.
  • B. In the Enhanced Listing Template text box, enter the format that you would like your listing URLs to be produced in. Use the formatting guide below for reference.
  • C. Once you're done, click on the Save Listing button.



URL Template Formatting Options and Format:


These options are made available for customization so that you can determine what information you would like included in the generated link for your listing. For example, you can choose to have the URL display the City first, or the MLS number first, etc.


  • {mls-number} - automatically adds the listing's MLS Number
  • {address} - automatically adds the listing's Street Address
  • {city} - automatically adds the listing's City
  • {postal-code} - automatically adds the listing's Postal Code 


Sample URL template inputs and generated custom URL outputs:


Input (default): {mls-number}-{address}-{city}-{postal-code}
Output: http://domain.com/mylistings.html/listing.V123123-1580-w-14-ave-vancouver-v6h-1s4.854979

Input: {address}-{city}-{postal-code}
Output: http://domain.com/mylistings.html/listing.1580-w-14-ave-vancouver-v6h-1s4.854979

Input: {mls-number}-{city}-{postal-code}
Output: http://domain.com/mylistings.html/listing.V123123-vancouver.854979

Input: {mls-number}-{address}-{city}
