1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From The Dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Agents tab.
  • B. Click on the Agent Directory icon.



3 - From The Agent Directory:

  • A. Locate the name of the agent you want to add an image for, and click Edit Entry.



4 - From The Edit Agent Page:

  • A. Click on the Upload Photo button.



5 - From The Pop Up Window:

  • A. Locate the photo file on your computer's hard drive, and select it.
  • B. Click Open.



6 - Back At The Edit Agent Page:

  • A. Click on the Save Agent button.
