NOTE: This feature is only available for legacy myRealPage accounts and/or older themes. It is no longer available for new sign-ups and/or newer responsive themes.


1 - Open up Outlook:

  • A. In the top menu bar, click on the Tools link to open a sub-menu.
  • B. In the sub-menu, click on Account Settings...



2 - From The Account Settings Window:

  • A. Click on the E-mail tab.
  • B. Click on the New... button.



3 - In the New Email Account Window:

  • A. Select the option Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP.
  • B. Click on the Next button.



4 - In the Auto Account Setup Window:

  • A. Enter your Name
  • B. Enter your Email Address
  • C. Enter your password, then retype for confirmation
  • D. Add a check mark to the box for Manually configure server settings or additional server types
  • E. Click on the Next button.



5 - In the Internet E-Mail Settings Window:

  • A. Enter your Name and Email Address.
  • B. Set the Account Type as POP3.
  • C. For the Incoming mail server, type in, mail.myrealpage.com
  • D. For the Outgoing mail server (SMTP), again type in, mail.myrealpage.com
  • E. Enter your email address as your username and type your password
  • F. Uncheck the box for Require Logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
  • G. Click on the More Settings... button.



6 - In The More Settings Window:

  • A. Click on the Advanced tab.
  • B. Set the value for the Incoming Server (POP3) to 110.
  • C. Set the value for the Outgoing server (SMTP) to 587.
  • D. Click on the OK button to save your changes.
  • E. Click on the Outgoing Server tab.



7 - For the Outgoing Server settings:

  • A. Add a check mark to the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  • B. Select the option Use the same settings as your incoming mail server.
  • C. Click on the OK button.



8 - Back at The Internet E-Mail Settings Window:

  • A. Click on the Next button.



9 - Done!

  • A. Click on the Finish button.
