1 - Log in to Private Office:
- A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
- B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
- C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
- D. Click Login.
2 - From the Dashboard:
- A. Click on the Listings tab.
- B. Click on the All Listings icon.
3 - Under the Listing
- A. Locate the listing that you would like to access the Feature Sheet for.
- B. Below it, click on the Feature Sheet link. This will open a new tab in your browser.
4 - On the Feature Sheet:
- (OPTIONAL) A. Once the Feature Sheet is open, you can click on the Show/Hide button to open a dropdown menu. This menu allows you to customize what you would like to include or exclude on your Feature Sheet.
5 - To Save your Feature Sheet to your computer:
- A. Once you are satisfied with the contents of the Feature Sheet, click on the Print Now button.
- B. When your computer's print menu pops up, make sure you have selected PDF as the destination printer.
- C. Click on the OK button.
6 - Saving the PDF file of your Feature Sheet:
- A. You will be prompted to save your PDF file. On your computer, navigate to where you would like to save the feature sheet, and assign a file name to it.
- B. Make sure it is being saved as a PDF document.
- C. Click on the Save button.
7 - Printing out your Feature Sheet:
- A. Once you are satisfied with the contents of the Feature Sheet, click on the Print Now button.
- B. When your computer's print menu pops up, make sure you have selected your connected printer as the destination printer.
- C. Click on the OK button. If your printer is set up correctly, it will now print out your Feature Sheet.
